Danielle Taylor
Danielle Taylor is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate and brings a unique business perspective to her practice. As a former business litigator, Danielle assists many of our local business owners and executives with the strategic integration of their business interests into their estate plans and often acts as an outside general counsel on an ongoing basis.
Danielle earned numerous honors during law school, including Best Oral Advocate in the American College of Trial Lawyers Moot Court Regional Competition and the Strasburger & Price Moot Court Competition. She also served as Senior Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review. Danielle holds a master’s degree in psychology, and an undergraduate degree in government and psychology from The University of Texas.
When she's not working, Danielle is very active in the Lakeway and Lake Travis Community (currently serving on the City of Lakeway's Board of Ethics), and you can usually find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and twin girls.

Rachel Bosworth
Rachel specializes in getting to know her clients’ situation and needs, forming a tailored plan, and brainstorming creative ways to help clients meet their goals. Whether it’s encouraging someone through grief, navigating complicated family dynamics involving special needs, drafting trusts and wills to provide security and efficient planning, or advocating for clients when it is most needed, her clients appreciate her personable, straightforward, and educated approach to these sometimes hard to talk about matters.
Rachel earned an accounting degree from Texas A&M University and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was the Chief Notes Editor for the Texas Law Review and graduated among the top of her class. She completed clerkships and internships at several international firms and the Texas Supreme Court before starting her career in the Commercial Litigation Group at Vinson & Elkins.
After starting a family and moving to Lakeway, she now uses her finance, corporate, and legal skills for estate planning and administration in her community. This shift allows Rachel to focus more on clients, volunteer, and enjoy life in Lakeway, including time on the lake with her husband and four children, playing piano/keys in the Lakeway Church worship band, and attending her kids' many sports events.

Haley Bullard
As a former family law litigator, Haley’s experience with complex marital estates uniquely equips her to assist clients with estate planning, probate and trust administration, asset protection, and marital agreements. Haley understands the intricacies involved in safeguarding your family’s best interests and she takes a compassionate approach in providing detail-oriented legal advice to achieve her clients’ objectives. Her dedication to each individual case ensures that every client feels heard and supported throughout the legal process.
Haley graduated from Baylor University School of Law where she completed the Family Law Practice Professional Track and received designation as a Leadership Scholar. While in practice, Haley has served in a variety of leadership roles with both local and state bar organizations, including the leadership academy of the Austin Bar Association and Austin Young Lawyers Association. Haley was also selected to the Super Lawyers Texas Rising Stars list for 2024-2025.
An Austin-native, Haley returned to the Austin area after law school to be close to family. She and her husband enjoy living in Lakeway with their daughter where they are active in the community and their local church, Celebration Lake Travis.
